Getting to Avalon Beach
Accessing Avalon Beach is easy – there are several bus routes from Palm Beach and the city. You can catch a bus from Wynyard Station at York Street Sydney directly to Avalon Beach Surf Life Saving Club on Barrenjoey Road. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes.
If you are travelling from Palm Beach, you can catch a bus from Palm Beach Wharf. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes.
Parking is also available at a car park close to the beach and nearby streets including Avalon Parade and Surfside Avenue.
The best way to get to Avalon Beach is by car, however you can catch public transport.
